Honestly I don’t know yet because I have used these current 50 rounds of Norma 284 brass for multiple loads and powder testing. I was shooting 180 gr bullets at 3000 FPS with RL 23 and a lot of these primer pockets are not nearly as tight now. Obviously that was too hot after 3 firings. I believe the primer pockets will be pretty good shape after 5 firings but can’t say for sure. I am so impressed with the consistency and accuracy I will be happy if 5 firings is all I get but wouldn’t be surprised if it doesn’t do better than 5 firings.

While i'm not shooting bullets as heavy as you are, i thought i'd throw in my experience with my 284 and powders.

If your using RL25, i highly recommend making the switch to RL26.
Slightly better velocities, and much better accuracy than RL25.
Also very versatile. Works well in 6.5 Creedmoor, 243 Win, and heavy bullets in 257 Roberts and 25-06.

Norma MRP has been doing well with the 168gr Berger VLD Hunting.

I have been experimenting with Alliant PP4000. Have had good accuracy results, but i don't think i'm near my pressure max yet. Did the prudent thing and started low, still working up. More testing and chrono work yet to come!
