284 Shehane/ do you use a Whidden Hydro form die?

As the subject title says, I am sizing up Lapua 6.5x284 brass to 7mm Shehane. Does anyone see the need to use the hydro forming die from Whidden, or do you just FF at your club matches. If you fire form, what loads have you found to be competitive with a 180 gr. bullet. I have a 32" Brux barrel 1-9 twist and will be shooting 180 gr. JLK bullets.
Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks,
Lloyd

Expand the necks and shoot them. 54gr. of H4831 or H4831SC with the 180's works fine.

+1 for Terry. I have fired HM scores in mid range matches like that. My gun liked just a wee more powder.

I shot a few 200-17x's 600yd fclass with that load of 54 gr of 4831sc while fireforming. One was with a setback barrel with 2100 rounds through it. Also had a 800-50 some x at 600 yd fclass while fireforming w that load. Needless to says its pretty accurate ;)
