284 Powder?

Consistent with TAC284 and 284 Winner, my most accurate powder for my 284 is H4831sc. I have tried H-4350 and it works well also, but my barrel prefers H4831sc. Perhaps that will change with a new barrel.

Consistent with TAC284 and 284 Winner, my most accurate powder for my 284 is H4831sc. I have tried H-4350 and it works well also, but my barrel prefers H4831sc. Perhaps that will change with a new barrel.

I've run 6 barrels on 3 different .284s running 160-180s and all those barrels preferred the H4831sc for accuracy over any others. The H4350 was very close comparatively in accuracy but a bit faster on one barrel. The others hands down were much more accurate with the 4831.
