Does anyone have any idea about the B.C. of the old Nosler 162 gr solid base bullets?
Years ago, I had great success with the 140 gr version of same at 280 rem speeds on elk, bear, deer and predators. I have found a bunch of the 162 gr for sale and am considering whether to purchase for 280 AI and possibly a 7 mag.
I'm fairly certain they won't shine at distances past 5-600 yds, but in my experience, they are a deadly bullet for medium game.
I can adjust BC on a ballistic app for my actual drops, but am hoping someone can give me a BC I can run on ballistics, to see if I want to buy.
