284 brass, Lapua vs Winchester

I am building a 284, I like the quality of Lapua brass.

What do you recommend, necking up 6.5x284 Lapua brass? Or getting Win 284 brass?

I guess the Lapua 6.5x284 brass is the same size, just needs to be necked up to 7mm?

Like German Salazar said "You don't neck up 6.5-284 brass, you un-wildcat it!"

All the top shooters I know use Lapua brass, just watch out for donuts when you neck up if you are not turning necks.
