I don't hunt much any longer but have taken several deer and pigs with copper bullets NOT because I wanted to but because I had to. California's condor crap.... all BS
I did take awhile to figure them out drop 20 grains below what normal lead bullet weight to keep any accuracy, drop 30 grains to get the expansion performance. Have had probably more copper bullet experience than most anyone I know. Still not a fan, The early days 10-15 years ago I had copper bullets that would blow up on the hide others that would travel end to end severing the spine with slight expansion all killed because of placement. I have seen great improvement in copper bullet design and performance the last few years, especially in the fouling department much better now, I had to just get use to it.
