243AI =will a 6 Dasher Die work?

Got a new 243 AI rifle and have a 6Dasher Redding FL die with bushings
will it resize the 243AI OK?

I also have several 25-06 dies, both body, FL and neck dies
so
could I combine the 25-06 body die or FL die for body sizing
then bump shoulder with the 6 Dasher fL??

No sir.
The Dasher is quite a bit shorter than 243 AI.
About the only thing they share is the 40 degree shoulder.

AI cartridges are "blown out" on the sides, meaning no taper. so that likely won't work either.

If you happen to have a set of Type S bushing dies for a .260 AI, all you need is the proper 6mm bushings.

Doc,
I’m not where I can look at the specs but to get by until you get a proper die you could use your 25-06 to size your base and I think your old buddy Birdog owns a 6Bra die I think that will bump your shoulder back

The 25-06 has a slight taper in the body from case head toward shoulder.
The 243 AI is pretty much no taper in the body.

Yes sir I understand but I think the 25-06 is tall enough it would just size the base without hitting the shoulder area but as I stated it was a I think I’m not hope to look at prints and too lazy to look up on phone. Thanks for pointing that out your probably right.
