243ai lenght

Can anybody tell me what the trim to length is for a 243ai? I know after ff several it will be shorter than the parent case.All I need is a base length.Thanks for any help!!

Do you have a way to measure YOUR chamber? I go about .010" less than the actual chamber.

Yes I can make a gauge to do it I was just curios (and lazy) if there were any guild lines for the ai.As I have never saw any.Thanks though!!

I trim my cases to 2.038-2.040 before forming then keep a check but I haven't had to trim in 3-4 firings

Thanks all. That makes sence 13red56 and not needing to trim yet is just another advantage to the ai.You sure would have by now with the parent case.
