I cannot seem to model my actual results using QuickLoad, I hope someone can point out what I might be doing wrong.
Rifle - 243 Win, Savage Single-Shot "Target Action", 28" 1:8 Criterion Barrel (600 +/- rds.)
Ammo - Lapua Cases (54.31 gr of H20), Berger 105 Hybrid, 41.0gr. H4350, Fed 210M, OAL 2.86", 0.020" off lands
With a 0.33 (recommended for "overbore" cartridges) "weighting factor" QL shows an estimated MV of 3,028 fps. with a 0.00 weighting factor 3,114 fps. However, when I crono'd 20 rds. yesterday with MagnitoSpeed V3 I got the following results:
Min: 3,159 fps
Max: 3,215 fps
ES: 56 fps
Avg: 3,191 fps
SD: 15.3541
Groups: 0.50 MOA +/- @200 yds.
Anybody have any thoughts?
