243 Win QuickLoad Question

I cannot seem to model my actual results using QuickLoad, I hope someone can point out what I might be doing wrong.

Rifle - 243 Win, Savage Single-Shot "Target Action", 28" 1:8 Criterion Barrel (600 +/- rds.)

Ammo - Lapua Cases (54.31 gr of H20), Berger 105 Hybrid, 41.0gr. H4350, Fed 210M, OAL 2.86", 0.020" off lands

With a 0.33 (recommended for "overbore" catridges) weighting factor" QL shows an estimated MV of 3,028 fps. with a 0.00 weighting factor 3,114 fps. However, when I crono'd 20 rds. yesterday with MagnitoSpeed V3 I got the following results:

Min: 3,159 fps
Max: 3,215 fps
ES: 56 fps
Avg: 3,191 fps
SD: 15.3541
Groups: 0.50 MOA +/- @200 yds.
Anybody have any thoughts?

QL is a modelling utility, not a calculator.
And what is that supposed to mean? I know it's a modelling utility. The point is I can't get it to "model" my actual results, so I can't use it to play the "what if" game, because the model can't be validated.

I haven't adjusted weighting factor, here is what I read in the manual about it:

I typically just adjust the powder burn rate Ba to match my velocity, but I'm not saying that is the best way. The attached pdf explains how to adjust Ba.
Thank! This is the kind of response I was hope for, something informative - not just tell me I am an idiot. While I am an experienced shooter and precision reloader, I am a newbie with QL. Just trying to learn. Again, thanks!

Second post by XTR gives the hint...

Your lot of H-4350 if faster than the QL one.

To the left of the powder name up top there is a box with a hand holding a pencil.

Hit that. It will allow you to tune the burn rate (Burning Factor BA column).

Play with that.
