.243 Win for 1000yd F-class

Interesting. Thanks, I'll look into this.

John is a gunsmith and isn't a lot of work for him to replace a barrel! The 243 could be very accurate
at 1000 yds and I believe with a good barrel he can shoot 0,3/04 Moa vertical (10 rounds at 1000)
John much prefer the 243 because he feel the speed is higher (6 Dasher or 6 BRX) and will give to
him an edge in big wind . Like John,I think that accuracy is all about barrel and good bullets and a
a very good wind call!I am a french bench rest shooter (sorry for my poor english) but I have a very
big respect for John!

Just my two cents,

Michel

It is a Kelbly Grizzly II Action, 30" Bartlin 5R 1/7.5 barrel in .243 Win, MasterClass thumbhold F-Class stock by Alex Sitman. Kelbly rings with a Nightforce Competition - FCR-1. Just starting break-in load development now.

Great! Details?

John has re-barreled several rifles for me and they all shoot Lights Out!! Quick turn around times. Great guy and and an incredible wealth of knowledge and unbelievable skill. Highly recommend him and his products.

Approximately 300fps faster speed than a 6dasher and 6brx will be a big advantage in wind......as long as the accuracy is here?
