I am just getting into reloading for .243 caliber.
I will be shooting benchrest at 200 yards using a Remington 700 with a 26" Shilen bull barrel rifle and a 4-28 power preditor scope.
I need to know what bullet heads and powder loads will work in this situation?

If target shooting is your goal, I'd opt for the match bullets. Since you have a 10" twist, I'd try the Sierra 95 grain HPBT Match bullet first. The 105 Hornady A-Max is an excellent target bullet but may not work with 10" twist; they usually require a faster twist for optimum accuracy.

Powder choice is easy, start with IMR 4350.

I'd try Federal Match Primers first.

You probably already know this but I thought I'd mention it anyway, proper case prep and sizing are critical to precision shooting.
