Here's a target I shot while fire forming I really enjoy shooting it. Im working on loading up some full power loads to see what happens. The bottom target were the first 50 rounds I fired out of the rifle. The top hole is the first 5 shots and the bigger hole is the next 45.

I am guessing that is a heavy barrel bench gun?

what contour barrel is that?

Sorry not sure what contour it is but looks similar to a varmint/sendero. I bought the rifle as is all I know is that its a bartlein barrel. I didnt clarify what contour it was when I purchased it. It shoots better than I can and I'm very happy with it.

I have 2 that have the same accuracy as the above targets, but they ARE light and heavy bench guns. I use a cooler single base powder H-1000 and shoot 105 HyBreds and 115 DTAC's. Accuracy on the 115's is just shy of 3000 and the 105's 3150ish. I go for the most accuracy and let the speed come where it does. The powder I choose along with anal barrel/throat maint. adds to barrel life considerably.
