243 Ackley Reamer

I am looking for some help with a 243 Winchester Ackley reamer. I am wanting a no-turn neck, and would like to be able to shoot 105's and 108's. I will probably use Lapua brass but would like to be able to use Winchester as well. Need advice on freebore, and neck diameter. I looked on the 243 cartridge info. page, but didn't see anything referencing this. Thanks for the advice.
