243/105 A-MAX

Duke has given you some good info although you need to use them with caution. The A-Max loads on that site are well above MAX load, with the exception of the H4895 load, as max with IMR4350 is 40.5gr and the load on the site is 42gr, and the max with RL22 is 41.7 with a 100gr bullet and the site lists 42.5. So if you use this data you need to start much lower, 37 or 38gr with IMR4350 and 38.5 with RL22 and work up.

However, there are a few other aspects that should be addressed so you can get the velocity you desire. Barrel length has a direct effect on velocity at a given charge weight. You also need to use a powder that will burn completely in whatever barrel length you are using, as a slower powder will work better in a longer barrel as it has more time to completely burn and will only produce a flame and waste powder in a shorter barrel. And a faster powder will work better in a shorter barrel as it needs less barrel length to burn.

So if you were to post barrel length it will help find a powder that will work in your rifle. Also, any load that is going to push a 105 A-Max @3000fps in a .243 is going to be a MAX load or very close to it, so you will need to start low and work up watching for pressure signs. You may find that accuracy is not best at any given velocity or powder either. So you will need to experiment and see what works best in your rifle.
