IMG_4321.JPG IMG_4322.JPG IMG_4323.JPG IMG_4324.JPG IMG_4325.JPG Just got this rifle back a couple months ago from Mike Bryant down in Texas. It has a short barrel with a no turn chamber. Brux #4, 1 in 10, set up to shoot 50-70 grainers, 18 inches. Very little free bore. McMillian swirly. Its built on a Sako 75 and feeds perfectly. I've only taken it out once with some very light loads. 30gr of Varget, 50gr Vmax, Br4. 10 shot average was 3233fps, all 10 held under a half. Rifle has potential. Ill push it a little bit next round.

Using a 22BR for your "truck gun" kind of puts ya in another category, and a pretty good one. Probably won't have many of your buds bumming ammo from you. :) I live in a "truck gun town" and when I show folks my BR, they don't even know what it is -- never heard of it -- looks cool, but -- where do ya git boolits?? jd

Beautiful set up you will have a lot of fun with it. It will perform close to a 22-250 and a Swift and be much more accurate and pleasurable to shoot

There's just something special about the 22BR. That's a VERY cool rifle. You'll enjoy that thing for sure.

Ya get them bullets on the internet ya know. But seeing how the BR and the internet are both "advanced" i simply tell folks I get my 6BR "bullets" from a foreign supplier thru a guy I know at Walmart. The great unwashed usually just nod and drool.

Nice "truck gun":D

Sweet rig!! I don't live in an area where a "truck gun" is needed. But your gun inspires me to start a truck gun project. Again very nice rifle and good luck with it.

Everybody needs a truck gun, even if you don't have a truck. Get busy building one.

Haha, Already on it. I was looking at actions today. Im thinking hard about one of those curtis custom, or the GAP tempest 3 lug or a Borden SSR. It is a blessing and a curse to have so many options, got to love it. Hopefully I can get one together before hunting season.
