Send 3 = 3 times fired cases to Harrells after you have shot the rifle and they will set you up with a FL bushing die for $70 last I knew. Hunt up a 22BR Wilson seater die, and a leather faced mallet for now. If you find a arbor press within reason it's nice to have but not needed.....
Redding has a set of Fl dies for the 22BR that will work OK for your no turn chamber.
The Harrells die will be really close to your chamber unlike the others that will be one size fits all close
