.224 Hornady 75gr. A-Max favorite loads

hey all, i'm looking for advice on load data using .224 Hornady 75gr. A-Max bullets in my AR. i know i cannot load them to magazine length, so i'm looking for what has worked for others, i.e. - powder, charge weight, COL, etc. my rifle barrel is a 24" long 416SS bull barrel with a Wylde chamber and 1-8" twist. TIA for any and all help

I've had good success with IMR-4895, Varget, N140, and the other usual suspects that you'd find in a heavy weight .223 load. Minimum recommended COL for the 75gr A-max is 2.390" but you'll be better off doing load development starting at ~0.040 jump from the lands, then working seating depth by 0.005 toward the lands to find a sweet-spot. AR-Comp, CFE-223 and BLC-2 should also give good results.

Just toss 24gr of Varget or Re15 in the case and call it good.
