In different 22 cal builds I have Hart, Krieger, Brux, and Lilja all of which have been excellent but I would have zero concern using Bartlein, Benchmark, Broughton, and probably a couple others that just don't come to mind at the moment.
I don't believe there is any one "best" barrel but rather many that could be considered best so pick one from any of the premium top tier barrel companies and you'll be happy.
Also, I agree with those that suggested using a 12tw over a 14tw.
