I've not heard of it before this post,, :-\
It would be interesting to find out what he's doing ?
I mean 3650 - 4000 out of a stock 223 just with a case modification, Wow, why aren't we all doing it?
The link doesn't give alot of info does it?

I have to wonder what he is using for a chronograph? I would be interested in hearing more about this cartridge though.

I built a 22PDK using a 24" Krieger 1:7.7tw. AR15 bbl. a couple of years ago, and found - at least in this one barrel - that Mr. Winnett's velocity claims for this cartridge were pretty optimistic.
