.223 Rem and Benchmark

For the 55 gr bullets try around 25.5 of Benchmark. Haven't tried heavier than 69 gr bullets, but with the 69 try around 23.5 gr. The velocity with the 69 gr is a little lower, but shoots quite well.
Hodgdon data shows about 23-23.5 as max with 75/77 gr bullets
Those figures worked for me too. I like the 75g with 24.4 Varget more and IMR 8208 is worth playing with .
 
I was never able to get this barrel to shoot the 53 V-max very well, loved the flat base noslers in 53 gr and the 40 vmax. H335 also performed very well with the 40's. I'll have to try some N-133 though.
it was my replacement for benchmark when it wasnt available for a while there, and my newer lots of benchmark were on the slower side, so to get my velocities back into the 3,400's it was crunching kernels....the n133 solved that with room to spare

Yes It definitely crunches some powder, I hate the feeling of of that when seating bullets.
