My WOA sdm 1-7" shot 53gr vmax at about moa ,but will shoot 77gr at half inch. It doesn't like the smk 69gr's either . On a bright note my 1-9" Howa varmint loves the 53gr vmax and 69gr smk. I think a 1-8" is the most versatile twist rate for the 223 .
