22-250AI heavy bullet loads,75-90gr)

I just put a 28' LW 1-8' twist 22-250AI barrel on and I am looking for some load data for the heavier bullets I can find plenty of data for the lighter up to 60gr bullets but am looking for loads in the 75gr to 90gr range as I have a good selection for my 8 twist 223. thanks

If you are tring the Berger 90 vlds and get them to stabilize with an 8 twist, let me know. I tried them in an 8 twist .223 wssm and they would not stabilize. The 90 smk will work pretty well with a true 8 twist.

I shot 80g A-max's in the Douglas 8 twist I recently sold. Using Win. brass, WLRM primers and R-22 the accuracy node seemed to be in the 40-41g range. I took it higher but accuracy suffered.

As always, work up to it. Oh, my barrel was 26' if it matters

I've sold a couple of 9-twist barrels chambered for the 40* shoulder version of the 22-250 AI, and one of the guys is having good results with RL17 & Hornady 75 & 80gr. AMaxes with his.

My 9 twist prefers the 75 grain A-max and H4350 with F-210M's.....

I had a 22-250ai that loved the nosler custom 80gr in front of
a heavy dose of VV n560,shot a lot of groups under a inch a 500 yards with it...

Shooting my 22-250 AI 8'twist 5R cut rifled BBL 42.5 grs of Re#22 produced 3350 Velocity. What would be a starting point with Re#25 ?
