223, 1-7 twist vs bullet weight

I can relate to the barrel wait times being unacceptable...
this guy on here UrbanRifleman seems to have great stuff in stock ..
I just found this place , or I would have bought my 22Creed barrel from him ,
I have 2 barrels from the UrbanRifleman, 6 BR & 20 Practical. Both very accurate. I would buy from him again. Very good turn around time as well.

A tight bore doesn't give better accuracy or help barrel life etc... if there is a problem... the tight bore isn't going to help anything.

I don't run tight bores in anything anymore. Haven't for years.
To update this as I forgot to mention....

The only reason I would consider a tight bore barrel anymore is if the ammo I'm shooting or the bullets I'm shooting are truly undersize. That would be the only reason.

If you come across a deal on some bullets and they are truly undersize.... is it even worth to snag a few hundred and then order a barrel undersize just to shoot those bullets to get good accuracy? Once your out of the bullets... than what?
