No, the failure (body split) wouldn't happen in a chamber.Rocket, what does your test tell us? I’m thinkin about where cases typically fail.
Any new developments on the 222 LD?
Or is OP missing the fingers to update us after his over-pressure round finally caught up to him?
Possibly. From my understanding that some of these powders are the same just offered and labels for different companies. ??I think those charts are part art, part science. Some of the powders are so close together in burn rate that lot to lot variations or slightly different testing protocols will rearrange the list differently when you're looking at adjacent and closely related powders.
Just like duck hunting and the 357 Mag (also SIG) cartridge(s).Dead duck. Noun INFORMAL a person or thing that is defunct or has no chance of success. "they knew their plans were a dead duck"
Sorry I couldn't resist looking up what dead duck meant. No offense or disrespect intended.
Fascinating thread.
No worries, I'm restricted to 2.260 COL.As LONG as you don't go faster than my LONG loaded 22 Nolser with 88ELDs, I'm OK

I'm also working on a .224 wildcat with more case capacity. Having a little trouble getting someone to make me a reamer though.

I've just been real busy. Work, trying to kill pigs before vegetation and ticks get too thick, and a little time with the misses has left no time to check this thread, sorry. Do have a question maybe y'all can help with, when I can get a few mins I will try and ask.29 Days without a new post from the OP. I think we can say this wildcat is officially dead.
Still got both eyes and all digits... for now.I would guess that the OP is busy learning how to respond with his new eye patch and prostetic fingers. Give it a little time, that's a lot to learn. Lol
