I am not familiar with it. However, my Bing-Fu is adequate and I found some references to it at Benchrest central. I found more about the 222.5 however, but not much more. The latter seems to be formed from .222 Remington Magnum cases and I suspect so is the 222.7. The angle of the shoulder seems to be the differentiator here.

I suggest you contact Shilen to try to get more information.

Maybe try some where like PT&G, that makes reamers. I believe they have literally thousands or try CH4D die people they do dies for lots and lots of wildcats so they might know.

in the early 70's Ted Boughton, i believe to be the first to take a 222m case and put the 222 neck and shoulder on it, thus giving it the 222 1/2 (222.5) name, it shot very well and others followed, some changing the neck length a little more or less., later the ppc killed all the 222's in comp.

Call Wally Hart, R. W. Hart and Son, Nescopeck Pa, they may still have dies, or know who does.
