221 Fire Ball accuracy potential

A small handy size action, you might take a look at the Howa Mini.
I have three of them 222,223 and 6.5 Grendel. Looking to do something with the 223. Have not shot the 222 yet ammo is loaded. The Grendel, it shot well from the get go. I may leave it as is, feels just about as handy as a lever gun.

The 223 may become another 204, but looking hard at a fast twist 223AI.

My bone stock unbedded factory 700 in .221 has put down some groups in the .1's at 100 yds with just a trigger job and a antigue 24x Leupold. I've only did it once in competition, but I've also shot a 3/4" group at 300 with the same load. This was with cheap $60.00 a 500ct Zmax bullets.

I HAVE SHOT SOME FINE GROUPS WITH MY 221 FIREBALL WITH 40GR BERGER AND IMR-4227 OVER 205 FED PRIMERS FROM A 100YDS TO 300YDS REALLY LIKE THIS ROUND 700 REM 24'' CLASSIC WITH 6X24 SIGHTRON ON TOP
