.220 Russian

So I'm just curious here but, does anyone actually shoot or have a rifle chambered in .220 Russian ? Seems everyone uses the bass to make this or that but I don't think I've ever heard of anyone using and actual 220 lol.

IIRC George Kelbly used the chambering (pre-Beggs) for a couple Super Shoots before he went to a .222 improved.

My custom 220 Beggs that I use to shoot crows, coyotes, jackrabbits, pigs, and other live varmints.

Basically a straight 220 Russian. No prep work, load Lapua brass and go.

I have a 220 Beggs on a Mini Mauser. Gene changed the radius at the neck shoulder juncture to combat the brass growing in length. Only difference between it and the 220 Russian.
