22 scope ??

Looking at a 22 rifle and it has a Burris 4x Mini AO scope that focus from 10 to 100 yds.
Serial # 100009. It is blue
Can't find any info about them as far as age and price. It is in very nice condition.
Any info appreciated.

Possibly, they were, Air Rifle scopes ? I have one on my, RWS Diana, .22 cal Pellet Rifle that shoots .22 Pellets, 1,000 FPS and has, a tiny bit of,.. "recoil" !
I believe, they were advertised as, pellet gun Scopes and were touted as, "Shock proof".
Put it on, 25-30 YEARS ago IIRC and, it "works",.. superbly, still ! Nope, NOT, for sale ( sorry ).
I will say that, my 2x7 Burris ( no AO adjustment, tho ) IS, a great, "Hunting scope" for, a .22 Rifle as, I have shot, a ton of, Sage Rats from, 25-30 yards out to, 85 yards or, so and they are, real clear !

Have a 3-9x Mini, and it's a great setup for the 17 Rem it's on for coyotes. Love that optic.
