22 Dasher question

I have two .22 Dashers. The chambers are different sizes. One is about .003 larger at the base (web).

I am trying to resize the brass fired in the larger chamber. I will then use is only in the smaller chamber. I ran the brass in a 6mm body die and that did not help. It did not bring the brass back to the Lapua factory size. Also the die does not resize the last few thousands of the (web) base.

I have 500 pieces of once fired brass that I would like to use in the smaller chamber.

Anyone know a way to accomplish this?

I thought about sending a few fired cases and having a die made.

Without checking who makes what, you need to find a small base die and possible shorten the shell holder to be able to push the brass a bit further into the die. Like a 308 SB die. No need to worry about the longer case, as you're just interested in sizing the web.

Easier solution is to have the back end of the chamber polished out to match the other chamber's dimension.
