22 cal Rimfire tuner for Anschutz

Yes. I have two. One is mounted on a CZ547 with a .900 Lilja barrel and the other on my Desert Precision Gunworks CZ547 with a 1.2 Shilen barrel. Both were supplied with 3d printed spacers. You can see the black spacer in the muzzle view pic. Both work well as intended. Pics are CZ DPG.
Very interesting. do you know what they weigh? since the clamping area is in front, I assume any adjustment would be rearward versus moving forward.

Sorry do not have the weight. The body of the tuner (SS area) is fixed. No movement after the two bolts are tightened. All adjustment is achieved by turning the black section of the tuner. Photo shows impact grouping and movement when I tuned with SK Rifle Match.

Question did you offset your POA?

Yes. POA was offset so as not to shoot out my aiming point.
When I tune, I like to use center for POA this gives me a better reading on adjustments as it relates to POA/POI I start off by zeroing POA with the tuner at zero. the reason I do this as I want the highest POI that will be center or as near to center from POA. I use this target to realign each shot.
I tried offset POA and it didn't work for me I felt it didn't give an accurate read on each tuner setting change.

Hey Lee,

I never considered your method of tuning. It is an interesting twist on what I have been doing.

Apologies as I am not purposely attempting to Hi-Jack the OP's thread but, I picked up a custom BR rifle from the original owner. A Michigan competitor decided get out of ARA competition and I became the benefactor.

For the past three years I have been traveling to the Lapua Rimfire Performance Center in Ohio. I was their in November. From test results, I ended up with a promising case of Midas Plus. I will give your tuning method a try when the weather breaks.

Gregg,

That tuner target example is the actual one for that 1413 you have. use 3 shots and only 5 clicks adjustment at a time.

Lee
P.S I got your text beautiful rifle!

Hey Lee,

What a cool coincidence! The 1413 remains a prized item that sees regular use. It is competitive and successful, just in a different game. Thanks for bringing it to my attention and your comments regarding "Woody".

I will use your tuning advise for the latest ammunition procurement.
