22 ARC damaging case on feeding.

I built a 22 ARC a few months ago and am having a weird issue with the Hornady black ammo. Initially I shot around 120 rounds of the 62 grain with zero problems. Then this started happening when using the black ammo. Upon feeding, the cartridge does not go completely into battery and it gets really stuck. I mean it takes both hands and sometimes banging the butt off the rifle against something while pulling the charging handle. The cartridge shown was from yesterday and was the fourth round out of the mag. Once it was loose, I caught it in my hand so all of the damage was done on chambering.
After getting that round out, I shot a couple boxes of the white box 88's without issue. I'm probably just not going to shoot any more of the black ammo but would like to know what's causing the problem.
Aero enhanced upper, 22" Bartlein from Craddock Precision/their headspaced bolt, Superlative adjustable gas block, suppressed.

To me, that looks like the bolt is missing the case rim as it comes forward, and smashing the case body as it's pinched between the bolt and the feed ramp. Once that happens, the case body is all kinds of distorted, and will solidly jam in the chamber if you try reuse the round. If so, that should be pretty obvious on inspecting the misfeed.

That kinda makes sense with the amount of damage to the case but I didn't notice until that round was partially chambered, I'll have to drop the mag after each round and check. The first 3 out of that mag feed and shot fine. Maybe it's a mag issue? Amend 2 ten round mags.

Looks like its short stroking yes?
Did you double check your gas block didnt move and is out of alignment with gas port.
How about your bolt carrier..2 screws staked well
Take out bolt makes sure the 3 gas rings are not in alignment spin them so they are all different.
