Around 3600 to 3650 fps 51.2 gr retumbo br2 cci Winchester brass 75gr vld now this load is warm so work up to it retumbo works really good in the 22/6mm ack with heavy bullets the barrel is a lilja 3 groove 28" long 1-8 twist I have taken a few rockchucks that where a long ways off. I love the 22/6mm ack many groups in the 2's It is a little hard on barrels but when shooting chucks you can keep the barrel cool. Barrel are like gasoline drive it burn it up and get some more hi test performance cost $$$ but it sure is fun
