22-250 vs .204 on distance

I'd like to chime in as well. If I had to have just 1, then the .204 wins, but having a 250 is waaay too much fun to NOT own. The prairie dog arials from a 40gr .22 doing 4000+ is something to behold. All of the video highlight footage is made with the 250. It is simply too entertaining. These are the shots that you will talk about with your buddies for years to come. 'Man do remember that one that...'

If your going to shoot PD's inside of 400yds go with the 204 shooting 39 or 40 grainers. If your looking to shoot yotes I'd choose the 22-250 but it will overheats way to fast in a PD town. So as CdnHotshot stated ' DEPENDS ON WHAT YOU WANT TO ACCOMPLISH'.
