I'm not aware of either adg or peterson offering 22-250. I've seen norma available but pricey. If I was trying to get it I'd buy factory norma ammo and save the brass. Or sig saurer and save that brass.

I assume, given the caliber that this is a varmint / predator hunting rifle.

I shot the 22 250 for many years using a variety of brands of cases such as Winchester, Remington, and Federal.

If you start with virgin cases, same lot, dedicate them to a specific rifle and prepare them consistently, you should not have any problems achieving varmint hunting level accuracy meaning in the 1/2 moa range with any brand, at least that was my experience.

For me, the bullet and powder combo selected had the most influence on accuracy regardless of the brand of cases I used.

Sig brass was awesome. I found a bunch in all the normal models at Cabelas a few years ago... Haven't seen it anywhere since.

Striper Slayer in the "market place" has 250 rounds of NEW Hornady 22-250 brass. He's asking $200 plus shipping.

I see the Lapua 22-250 come up for sale on a couple forums at least once a week from guys that have some left. You have to pay a little premium for them but it (new old stock) is out there. I’m also getting good case life and accuracy out of the older blue bag Winchester stuff too. When it comes up for sale, buy it.

That's promising. The 223 stuff was the most consistent I've ever measured.

Not any different than several of their offerings since the Ukraine mess...unless it's stated elsewhere... but this is still on Lapua's site, as it is for several other cartridge cases at THIS time.

I been having 22-250 on my favorites for a long time check em every day brass that is, powder valley , midway. Bought some lapua and nosler one time. Like to find some a little cheaper. Just aint there. Doug

No, it has just been placed on a "postponed production" list along with about 12 other LAPUA cartridge case offerings so LAPUA can concentrate on military ammunition to refill munition stocks that have been depleted in Europe DUE to the Russian incursion into the Ukraine. The cartridge case should be available end of 2024 to early 2025
