21st Century Hydro Seater Question

Can someone with the 21st Century Hrdo Seater measure the vertical support and tell me what the diameter is?

I already have an arbor press I use with Wilson Seater dies. If the 21st century Hydro Seater head will fit on my arbor press, I'm going to just order the head and save a little money rather than ordering the whole Hydro Press.

They state on their website the heads are interchangeable.
