21st century expander in a Sinclair Expander body?

Has anyone used 21st Century expander mandrels in a Sinclair Expander body? The picture looks like they might fit. I don't think Sinclair has different madrel sizes for a certain caliber. For neck tension?
 
Yes, they fit the Sinclair body. 21st Century now makes many incremental sizes too...
