Posting this since I had a tough time finding info on this cartridge when I fist started looking at it.
The rifle build is a Panda action, Kreiger 1-11 twist 26" NBRSA HV taper barrel, 20br .235nk and .049fb Lapua cases, BR-4 primers and Sierra 39g blitzkings.
Built the rifle for 500yd and in groundhogging from a war wagon. Wanted to get the 39g Sierras up to 4k. Didn't find a whole lot of data on the bullet choice I had made, really only found that people were getting good velocity with around 32.5-9g of Benchmark and Accurate Powders had some higher pressure loads published on their site.
Tried Benchmark and got nice groupings at 32.1 and 32.7, both of them backed up a few days later with more nice groups (both 3 shot groups in the .1xx range). Had nice groups with 31.5g of AA2520. Finally got to run it through a chronograph (oehler 35p) on Sunday, weather was 85 and here are the results. All speeds are 3 shot averages except the Benchmark which was 5
AA2520
31.5g 4020
31.8g 4092
32.2g 4121
Benchmark
32.1g 4250
I didn't even try the 32.7g load of Benchmark, the 32.1 was more than enough. Going to settle on the 31.5g of AA2520, met my speed goal and printed well on 3 different days.
