20BR using RL17

Long time varmint shooter. From 222,222Mag,22-250,223,20Vartarg,204,20Tac,and several 20Br.
Am using 55 Bergers and VT540 and wanted to try RL17.
Started at 30.2 accurate .49". All at 100yds 5 shot groups.
30.7. .44"
31.0. .38"
31.2. .46"
31.5. .35"
No sign of pressure of any kind on the BR4 Primers used.
Loads of 30.2 and 30.7 no pressure signs at all.
Load of 31.0 had lite bolt lift. And 31.5 had more bolt lift sign.
BUT the load of 31.2 Had no bolt lift sign of pressure.
Am unsure why NO pressure signs on this 31.2 But pressure signs above and below
This load.

I guess I was not too clear, on my post using RL17 with 55 Bergers. I was just trying to find a good load for my 20BR.
I was posting to see if any one had any insight why a load showed some pressure but the next higher load showed no pressure and then the next higher load the pressure returned?
Thought some one could give me an explanation?
