I don’t know that anyone is approved at this point. The registration email always says that approval will come separately, and if memory serves it is many hours later that it actually arrives. However, if you are waitlisted, you probably are told that in the registration email but I don’t know this for a fact, because I have been fortunate enough to avoid the waitlist.

Well now I'm completely confused. I got an email that says I have been approved for the "Grand Aggregate" and a link that "I can check my "personal match management page". The link takes me to the 600 yard match approved registration. There's no link to the Grand Aggregate. Typo or am I 'IN'?

I just got my approval email for 600 and then noticed it said Grand Agg, as well. My dashboard shows both approved, though.

Ahh, check the complete subject line of the email. It says 600 there, but the body of the email says Grand Agg

Far as I know we all have to sign up as individual.

For those of us who are waitlisted, when should we find out if we are in? I figure most people will not cancel until they will lose their money. I don’t know when that will be. Any information for those who have been here would be greatly appreciated.

"All cancellations prior to December 1st, 2025 will receive a full refund minus any processing fees. Cancellations on or after December 1st, 2025 will receive a $100 refund. Cancellations on or after January 1st, 2026 will receive no refund. Cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances will be reviewed by match staff to determine adherence to the Cancellation Policy."

I'd wager that end of this month will give some info but people still cancel all the way into Feb if things come up.
