2024 IBS 1000 Yard National Championships

Congratulations to Tom E Jacobs. He shot fantastic this weekend. A giant thank you to the Deep Creek crew. They put on a great Nationals and you could tell it was a ton of work. Thanks again. It was great for our crew from “ Far Northern California “ to come shoot up here and meet and shoot with so many competitors we have read about in match reports. This place is a tough crowd when it comes to shooting. I learned a ton on this trip and hope to be back soon.
Great job!
Joe

Congratulations @Tom.E , congratulations to all the winners , every competitor shot great targets and one thing for sure is there are no Ducks at Deep Creek.

A special thank you to the Mt. 1000 for all the work it takes to put on these well run events.

Jim

Slid into home safe a little after 5 yesterday evening.
675 miles from the Cenex off the interstate on Reserve St to my house. I know many traveled much farther.

Thanks again to the club for putting on the match!

Thanks to my "neighbors" down below where we camped.
I broke a slide out cable when I got there and with the help from Todd Zaun & Darryle Thom we had it going again in short order the next day.

Congratulations TomE, and I'm certain Seth is correct as to that being the smallest light gun agg at the Nationals to date. Tristan and Glenn, doing what they did all year, congratulations to you both as well. Robert, congrats on a new range record and probably top couple(?) ever shot.

Thank you to everyone who traveled and we hope you're trip was memorable and fun. We haven't had many August matches with that pleasant of temperatures, and decent conditions in quite a while. It was cool to see that many screamer groups hanging on the wall.

Equipment list for me was 257 kulzer LG and 257 kulzer (LG) in Heavy T1, and 300 wsm in heavy T2 and T3. Bat, Bat, Bartlien, Bartlien, March, Sightron, Berger, Ho-made, Wheelie, Wheelie lol.

Thanks again for coming, and please join us again next time.

Tom

Copied and pasted from the other thread, sorry about my laziness lol

I had one poor LG target I’d like to shoot over but that aside I had a great time seeing old friends and meeting new friends.
My Tuesday morning barrel swap includes starting the new lot number of Vapor Trails and as always there’s a hand written note from @Tom E .. Thx Brother, you called it .. :)
