I have given serious thought to trying Deep Creek; but: I have a .300 Win with an aggressive muzzle brake. Should I even bother to try?
I also have a .308 that I'm pretty happy with; but again, do I need to remove the muzzle brake?

I have read the rules at https://internationalbenchrest.com/documents/folder/rules/rulebook_for_long_range_matches
but nothing is specifically stated.

I would have to put together a new load in a week for the .308, I wouldn't even try with the .300.

Thanks Tom I’ve really missed you guys but changes in life prevented me from coming the last few years!.... my grandson is 13 and I want to start teaching and taking him to Deepcreek I think you, Lonnie And Leo will like him.

Thanks! That rules out the .300. I can rework a load for the .308 and add a thread cap.
I didn't want to drive 2 hours to find out!

That’s total BS I live 6 blocks from where there made and my gf works there and I can’t get any and you drive to a store in Montana and by 3k of them!..... that was nice of you to do!...during the last shortage I use to bring the guys at Deepcreek BR 4’s 400’s and 450’s

I didn’t drive to a store, I had them. I was only 1K from where he was working so 10 minutes tops. I kept enough for what I need. That is until I go down the 30 calibre rabbit hole.
