The 2014 Mid-Range Delaware State Championship will be held May 24 & May 25, 2014 at the Bridgeville Rifle & Pistol Club in Bridgeville, Delaware.

Two days of shooting - 20 rounds at 300, 500 & 600 yards each day.
Single Day Aggregates and Two-Day Aggregates

We had a nice day for shooting today and the weather looks even better for tomorrow. We still have room for shooters who just want to shoot Sunday so come on over. Registration starts at 7 AM and we start shooting at 8 AM. This is earlier than our usual starting time for 600 yard matches because we will start at the 300 yard line and we can start shooting earlier at that yardline.

We had a couple of outstanding strings today. Larry Morrison shoot a 200-15X with his Dasher in F-Open at 500 yards and Jonathon Howell set a new Junior Match Rifle National record with a 199-11X again at 500 yards. Congratulations to both of them.

We finished up today in beautiful weather. Light fishtailing headwind mostly from the left. Nathan Sanders won the the combined sling shooting classes and Larry Morrison won F-Class. Once again, we saw some great shooting. Junior Jonathon Howell set a new record for the Mid-Range Match Rifle Course yesterday then broke it again today. Congratulations, Jonathon!

Then Larry Morrison cleaned all three distances today with a 600-42X performance in some tricky conditions. Congratulations, Larry!

I'll post the complete results in the next day or so.

We hope to see you all again.

We will be shooting the 300/500/600 Mid-Range course again on July 19. The next 3X600 is June 15. Hope to see you there.
