Thanks to Rick, Ted, Micky and the ladies for another great LA State M/R Championship. Thanks to Gary Henry for some fine BBQ Pork sandwiches and fixings. Great vendor support again this year surpasses years past. What more can be said for a FIRST rate match in one of the friendliest parts of our fine country.

Yep. Had a fixed black mirage shield.

I appreciate all the kind words about the match. I have always said when it comes down to it, it's really about the shooters. Having a place of quality to shoot, making the matches fun and having top shooters from Texas, Mississippi, Tennessee and Florida to show up year after year is the true measure of what has been or will be successful tournaments. As long as you folks show up, we will do our best to make sure you have a good time. Sorry I didn't get a chance to say goodbye to each of you before you left.

The good news is my schedule next year may allow me to make a few matches away from home. The Nationals or Spirit of America are on my bucket list, so maybe next year will be the year. Fingers crossed.
