20 Vartarg Reloading

Wondering what brand of dies you guys are using for loading the 20 Vartarg? Looked into this a little and the prices seem to be much higher than other sets, such as 221 Fireball. Not much difference other than price. Let me know what you are using. Thanks.

I got mine from the wood chuck den

I use a Wilson seater and Redding FL type S. I form my brass from Winchester 223 and use Redding form dies for that as well.
this is my all time favorite for a squirrel rifle and well worth a little extra on dies. I am just shy of 4k on the current barrel and one waiting to screw on when it goes.

If you haven't already, you may want to check out the forum at saubier.com....the "small caliber" folks. It's an outstanding site and many helpful members.

I have both the redding dies and the Hornady, and I had better luck forming 221 brass to 20VT with the Hornady die. After the first fireing the redding dies work just fine! This is loading for the Cooper rifle I currantly have!
