20 VarTarg & Barnes VG's

Has anyone tried the Barnes Varmint Grenades in the 20 VarTarg? This combo intrigues me and looks like it might be just the ticket for shooting California ground squirrels in the no-lead areas where I shoot.

Any input on components, barrel twist, etc. would be appreciated.

I have a little experience with this load, I am currently using 22gr. of H335 & Rem.7 1/2 br primers and getting an average of 3830 out of a Cooper mod 38 Phoenix. Started at 20gr and worked up, accuracy was good on all loads. I have not done much paper work with it but on sight in it was under 3/4", well with in "my" minute of gopher standards. Shot about 150 gophers,75-250yrds) with it this spring. Pure mist if you center punch them. Not quite as good as the V-max but certainly acceptable in my book.
