Wilsons are a good bet. If you mentioned the action you plan on using, I missed it, but if you have a Remington 700 or Savage on the bench, there are a number of pre-fits worthy of consideration. Criterion, Shilen, Proof and PacNor all offer pre-fits for them in a variety of contours, twist rates and lengths. I have a Criterion .20 Practical barrel on a Savage Model 10 and it shoots small.

Lots of good choices out there and a pre-fit will get you to the range more quickly.
