20 Practical full length non bushing die?

Who makes one? Or do I need to order a sizing die reamer and make my own.
Not happy with unformed shoulder ring on 223 full size bushing dies.

Whidden will make one . You might try a Hornady 20 caliber neck die to size all of the neck. PN HRN046038
