Yes it can, with ease. My 20 ppc has no problems with using a 50 grain Berger and Benchmark at 3500 fos.

I bet a 20PPCAI will I can drive a 39-40 over 4000fps

what is the best 20 ppc barrel length.. 18”-28” take your pick

My 20PPCAI has a .232 using Norma necked down 22 PPC brass. Loaded round is .228- .2285.
I think its perfect, its also unturned necks
Just about all 20 cals for unturned .232 -233 will work good for the brass ive used only exception is Lapua.

First reamer was ordered at .230 BUT unknown to me it arrived at .2230 and was used. That chamber resulted in brass turning so thin and too much trouble. hence the a new .232 on order. thanks for your help.

FWIW: My .20PPC reamer is .236". I barely skim turn the necks. A loaded round is .232"-.2325" neck O.D. I've only used Lapua .220 Russian brass. Shoots extremely well.
