20 GT Anyone?

I measured to the top of the neck and got 39grs of water. Random case from my fired brass.
Troy whatś the H2O capacity of those br variants. Interesting to see compared to this case. 55 Berger just couple thou deeper than NS junction which is about 2.264 OAL for AR mag.

Being in Canada I cannot access the custom 17 bullets. If I had a life time supply of the Kinder Golds or the Berger 17 gr hpbt/LTB bullets I would've never tried a big 20. I had some raking shots on closer coyotes that opened them up from the nave to the chops. Also anchored some at 450 plus yards where the energy and bigger bullet was welcome.

Just suggesting PT&G would have a decent starting point.

I’ve been trying to guess what the best parent case starting point is to push Berger 55 to at least 3600 short of doing 20-250. A friend just got his 20-Valkyrie reamer in but he hasn’t measured case capacity yet.

IIRC, the 20 Valk was close to 20 PPC in powder capacity. I would have to measure again.
